The Challenge
At the time, sales from paid search and shopping campaigns had decreased substantially despite an increase in spending. This led to a downward trend in ROAS, which Eyeful quickly reversed through an analytics deep dive, shopping feed audit, and account restructuring that achieved the following results.
Findings & Results
- Identified Search ROAS was 49% better than Shopping through audit
- Lowered Target ROAS bids to increase the mix of spend from 12% to 25% and take advantage of search’s higher ROAS relative to Shopping
- Scaled average weekly spend by +118% and ROAS by +15%
